13 with periods for 2 yrs?

my periods r killin me. i get the usual cramps, bloating, headaches, and MOOD SWINGS!!!! before my period, but they r supposed 2 go away wen u start ur cycle. rnt they? but now im on my 5th day and im till takn pills for cramping and m mood swings usually never go away but they stay major during the whole week. is this normal? they go away after my week is over, but i dont appreciate the 2 weeks of pure torture. =(
