Im not really sure what to do about this scenario...?

What should I do if I meet a really nice girl on the internet, and everything is going really nicely, and we start IM'ing each other and sending flirty messages to each other...and then when we eventually meet up it turns out she is confined to a wheelchair, and all her limbs are twisted and contorted, and her twitching face is in a pool of dribble on the pillow, all dishevelled with flecks of mashed-up food in her hair, and all she can do is make a groaning sound. But her carer insists that she hasnt stopped talking about me all week through her specially designed machine that allows her to type one letter at a time with her good foot on a touch screen. I would hate to make the situation worse by turning down her alleged advances, but at the same time, I really only have the carers word for it dont I?
