I just bought a Boost Incognito. When a picture with audio is sent to me it shows up as 2 files.?

I can listen to the audio or look at the picture but not both. I also cant send gifs after I send them to my phone. For some reason there isnt an option. Only send via email or blue tooth not contacts.
