Is my ball python setup correct?

is this setup okay??? 10 gallon aquarium tank. This is for a hatchling. substrate is reptile carpet. heat pad. 2 hides one half log and another hollow rock thingy. some plants one climbing stick medium sized waterbowl and temperature/humidity gauges.and should i add this and take away the heat pad: a zoo med 100 watt baskinlight (provides uva rays) just wondering i will prob not need both heat pad and baskin spot lamp so which one shuld i choose???
