2004 acura tsx battery died, now window won't auto roll down?

the battery died while driving the car, got it replaced, now the master window won't auto roll down or up, i have to keep it pressed down/up. does this have to do with the dead battery? car only has 73k i'd like to think its not crapping out on me already... =/
