My friend wrote me this email and here is what it says, it is so mean?

Oh God! Who WRITES things like that?! This girl is just being crazy mean and totally disrespecting you and your feelings. Everyone says that you shouldn't get revenge, but there is one revenge that is appropriate. Ignore her, act like you are havng the best time of your life. Unfortunately, you cannot change someone's mind. And, I wouldn't take her back as a friend, that girl is such a loser. Let her go, there are better people out there.
