Twitchy cat, Is this normal?

My cat is 9 months old her name is Sasha. lately she's been having this twitch on her front paw, and it gets worse when she is sleeping cause she starts twitching all over (ears, paw, trembling here and there) She is my first cat and I dnt know if it's normal for cats to do that or should I take her to get checked?
