Anyone else notice this (degri and glee)?

Okay, so I was watching Degri today and noticed something. Sav, the indian guy, Ali's brother, was wearing the same shirt that Mercedes from Glee was wearing in one episode. It was the part where he is talking to Jade, Spinner, and Peter about shooting a video for their song "house arrest" and they all have finals and stuff. He is wearing that black shirt with blue/pink/gold squares on it. I noticed that Mercedes was wearing this when singing a solo in glee. Anyone else see that? Im just wondering. And if you know the exact details about the episodes and stuff, thats even better.
