Chips with Salsa, or Chips with Guacamole?
Both are delicious: but if you are a cream cheese kind of girl, like me - You must try Philadelphia Cream Cheese (the full block) then pour Spicy Picante Salsa on top. The best is to place the cheese in a tupperware container and store in your refrigerator, you can always go back for a quick dip! It will last up to a full week. And if you make Guacamole add a bit of oregano as an extra herb to your mole (gives it a nice kick) ...Onions, Tomatoes, Cilantro, Salt, Pepper, fresh squeezes Lime Juice and perfectly ripe Haas Avocados. If you don't finish your Guacamole, you can keep it fresh without that browning. Firmly place a plastic or wax paper on your Guac, covering the edges. Then add 1 Tb spoon of Olive Oil layered on top of the paper. Hope that helped. Now I'm ready for Mexican....
