I need help installing my all in one printer. ?

well if you have vista that is problem but if you have windows xp or somethign like that you just follow step by step take the book and read it slowly as you put in the disk. if it doesn't install call the store where you got and tell them. maybe they can walk you through it. remember in 2012 vista will be only one operating. windows will be going out.
