My 14 months old daughter has had a fever since Monday morning. Doctor said it was viral?

Tonight she started with diahrea as well as she broke out in a cold, clammy sweat. Even I was wet because she was laying on me. She also began to shake in a movement that I have never seen before. It was like a pulsing move almost like it was me rocking her to sleep. Can anyone please help me out with this...I am getting extreamly worried.
