Report or statistics of lethal use of "other then firearm"?

I'm doing some research and I need pointed in the right direction. Does anyone know of any report or statistics that I can use on lethal use of "other then firearm" such as car, baton or knife by law enforcement. This is when an officer is faced with imminent threat to his life or those of bystanders. I'm not talking about when an officer is trying to subdue a suspect and chokes him to death.
