What do you think of the name Penny Charlotte?

Penny could be a cute nickname but I can't really see it being a full name. Should be Penelope, which I am not fond of, but it is better than just penny. As for Dallas, eh, its ok. Some location names are ok but this one isn't one that I'm especially fond of.
