Why are so many Republicans on here terrified by Obama's competence?

i think that the republicans are scared shitless because they are all still trying to live in the 1800's. A good example would be their whole "abstinence only" policy. Yea, good work with that one guys. so with a president who actually knows what america needs to be a successful, respected country again the republicans are all crying because they have finally realized that none of their ideas have actually worked. here are there most famous failures. Abstinence only. Well with teen pregnancy at an all time high i guess that its pretty clear that we need to teach kids about birth control. The "war on terror". Well now that we have managed to kill 91,000 Iraqi civilians since we invaded, we still dont have Osama Bin Laden, and with the Taliban at the strongest that its ever been i think that its pretty clear that they have failed at every step of the way. And finally the "war on drugs". SERIOUSLY? You are not going to stop people from doing drugs, they are going to do whatever they want to do because its their body. And pot? Its not even a drug. its an herb that makes you feel funny when you smoke it. you dont get addicted to it and you cant overdose on it. So with the Drug Cartels the strongest ever been that would be a 3rd fail. SO 3 STRIKES AND YOUR OUT
